We moved from Virginia and was referred to Josh by a realtor friend in RVA. We were so happy with his work, specially on this competitive market, as finding the right home was not easy. Josh provided local expertise, helped us match expectations with budgets, guide us on submitting offers and managed the negotiation process. I give him 5 stars mainly because of the last one, as this deal was though! (took around 5-6 amendments to make it right). He was able to voice our concerns in a timely manner and made it a win win scenario for both parties. #recommended!

My husband and I have opposite schedules, and Josh was flexible with our schedules and the days we were able to see homes. Throughout he remained incredibly attentive, responsive, and patient as my list of needs and wants morphed over time. And when those first-time homebuyer jitters set in, his calming and understanding nature saw me through to the end. That sentiment carried over to the homebuyer warranty that he provided at closing.
